Welcome to my Road to Beijing!
I caught the ice skating virus through my brother Simon. I am active on both the long track and the marathon, which I combine both for my specialty: the Mass start. In 2015 and 2019 I won a gold medal in this discipline during the World Championship distances. At the Olympic Games of 2018 I won the bronze medal. I also participate in the 1500m, 3 km and 5 km disciplines on the long track. During the last world championship distances of 2021 in Thialf I won gold on the 5000m and team pursuit. At the Games in Beijing 2022 it all must come together: #everythingforbeijing.
